A rich variety of assessments and assignments offer students, with differing learning styles, the tools to build meaning while acquiring an understanding of the conceptual goals that are reflected in the student learning outcomes established for the course. Through the organization and presentation of course materials, students are constantly prompted to think about the most fundamental of questions in relation to art, "What is art?" {panel}{column}{column:width=50%} {panel:title=...From the Author| borderStyle=solid| borderColor=#c0c0c0| titleBGColor=#1E90FF| bgColor=#FFFFFF} "From the very first time I experienced Blackboard (WebCT) as a student just five short years ago, I was impressed with its capabilities to promote learner-centered teaching. To have my course recognized as a Blackboard Exemplary Course is extremely rewarding.
